About
Keith has been practicing for over 25 years. Prior to establishing Rathe Lindenbaum LLP, Keith was a partner at a large national firm.
Keith’s practice includes preparing and prosecuting U.S., PCT and foreign patent applications, conducting patent risk assessment, patent portfolio development, drafting IP licensing and agreements, and conducting IP due diligence. In addition, Keith’s experience includes drafting legal opinions of non-infringement and/or invalidity, as well as counseling clients on matters related to trade secret misappropriation.
In his practice, Keith has provided ongoing counseling, patent procurement, risk assessment and licensing for U.S. and foreign start-up, midsize and Fortune 500 companies. In addition, he provides counsel to clients in a variety of technology areas including medical devices, robotic surgical tools, drug delivery devices, battery technology, consumer products, internet technologies, home related products, and agricultural equipment.
